Robert Lee Board

Robert Lee Board “Bob” 80 years old, passed away on December 9, 2025, in Columbia, MO.

Bob was born in Quincy, IL on July 29, 1945, to the late Curtis Board and Evelyn (Best) Board.

Bob is survived by his brother, Jack (Sharon) Board of Hot Springs Village, AR and Stepson, Curtis J. Jones “Jimmy” of Auxvasse, MO.

Bob retired from the Fulton State Hospital where he met his late wife, Pamela (Jones) Board. They were married on December 30, 1988, and lived in Auxvasse, MO. They enjoyed 34 years together. Bob and Pam spent time designing and creating crafts that were gifted to friends and family and sold at various bazaars. They also brought holiday cheer to many, dressing as Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Bob enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, and spending time with his beloved dog, Wiggles.

A memorial service honoring Bob’s life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 13 at Grand Prairie Baptist Church 104 N Main St. Auxvasse, MO 65231.
