Patricia Ann (O'Bannon) Shedd

Patricia Ann Shedd, 75, Columbia, passed away Friday, November1, 2024, at 4:23am at the University of Missouri Hospital & Clinics surrounded by her loving family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:30 p.m., November 14, 2024, at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel in Columbia, Missouri with the family receiving friends from 5:30 p.m. until time for the service.  The burial will follow on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Diamond Cemetery in Guntersville, Alabama.  For all who want to come, the address for the Graveside Service is 4303 Warrenton Rd, Guntersville, AL 35976.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a tax deductible donation to Crossway Church in honor of Patricia.  This can be donated in person or via mail:  Crossway Church 503 E. Patricia was born August 29, 1949, in Gary, Indiana to the late, William David and Dorothy Nell (Fulkerson) O’Bannon.  On November 1, 1976, she married Eugene Royer Shedd, and he preceded her in death on January 12, 2017.  She was a disciple of Jesus Christ and a faithful member of Crossway Church in Columbia, MO.  Patricia enjoyed doing puzzles, playing dominos, going to garage sales and thrift stores, cooking, listening to music, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide, spoiling her cat, and most importantly spending time with her family and friends that she loved so deeply.  She had a servant heart that knew no bounds and was known as “Mammy” to many.  She will be dearly missed by friends and family alike as she leaves an unfillable hole in all of our hearts.

Patricia was loved by her children, Tim Ray (Tammy) Moss, Patricia Lynn (Warren) Bolan, Bobby Lee Moss, Sherry Lene’ McNatt, Charles Macky Gene (Daniele’) Shedd, and grandchildren Alicia Loughary, Chad Moss, Jonathan McNatt, Jeremy McNatt, Preston Patterson, Jessica Handley, Nathan Shedd, Kayla Shedd, and great grandchildren Corey Moss, Hunter McNatt, Airanna McNatt, Jo Blair Connor, Lincoln Connor, River Handley, and Weston Patterson.  She was also survived by her precious cat, Angel Shedd, whom she loved dearly.
