Kenneth Rupp Jr. Obituary

Kenneth Edward Rupp Jr., 67, a resident of Columbia, passed away on January 21, 2023 at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital.

Kenneth was born on December 4, 1955, in Bryan, Ohio, the son of Kenneth Edward Rupp Sr. and Mary Ellen March Rupp.

Kenneth was a member of The Way International and was very involved in his church. Kenneth served his country proudly in the United States Navy. He had a love for computers and enjoyed working on them; he also had a love of cars and enjoyed turning wrenches to fix them up. When he wasn’t tinkering with cars or computers, he enjoyed going fly fishing.

He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his father, Kenneth E. Rupp Sr. of Edon, Ohio; four sisters, Bonnie O’Connor and husband Jim of Bryan Ohio, Cheryl Malone and companion David Cape of Edgerton, Ohio, Jeannie Stambaugh and husband Calvin of Edon, Ohio, and Jannie Eckenrode and husband Andy of Montpelier, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ellen March Rupp and his wife, Deanna Lynn McGinnis Rupp.

Private family services will be held in Ohio at a later date.
