Izetta Sue (England) Goodale

Passed away on July 13th, 2023, at Boone Health in Columbia, MO Surrounded by family. She was born on January 1st, 1952, to her parents James and Vonnie England. She was one of four children. She left behind one brother, Jim England and two sisters, Vicki Frakes and Lori Elliott. She also left behind her long time boyfriend of 28 years, Johnny Poindexter, one daughter, Tina Goodale and Fiance James Gorham, one honorary daughter, Amanda Roberts and husband Paul, three sons, Bryan Goodale and wife Carrie, Tony Goodale and wife Nikki and Dustin Goodale, two Grandsons, Derek Rew and wife Taylor and Tighlor Gorham, one granddaughter, Breawna Gorham and one beautiful Great Granddaughter, Adilynn Rew.

Izetta was a very caring, loving and outgoing person. Always asking how everyones day was. She loved visiting with family and friends, watching her game shows, traveling and singing to her favorite oldies songs. She loved winning at the casino and bingo but, never enjoyed losing. She was a great cook and attempted to teach her children most everything she knew. Some of it stuck. She loved food whether it was homemade or going out to eat. She loved her Olive Garden and catfish. She really enjoyed our family gatherings.

In honor of Izetta we are having a family and friend reunion with food and some old time rock and roll on, August 5th, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW Building located at Walnut Hills in Carrollton, MO.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Boone Home Care and Hospice in Columbia, MO, HELP Cancer fund of Carroll County or Meals On Wheels at goaging.org
