Freda Kay (Brown) Hart Obituary

Freda was born on November 30, 1966, in Whitehall, Illinois, the daughter of Robert Mitchell and Mabel Lorraine Brown.
Freda was a very artistic person and loved diamond painting and crocheting, where she would make many things for her family members. She enjoyed shooting pool as well as a good weekend out camping, especially if there was fishing involved. She loved cooking and baking for her family and getting to spend time with them, but truly cherished the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by three children, James Walter Dugger of Panama City, Florida, Shane Michael Dugger of Tallahassee, Florida, and Margie Kay Dugger of Columbia; four grandchildren, Jerico Dugger, Machia Dugger, Isaiah Dugger, and Wyatt Dugger; nine siblings, Larry Brown, Ernest Brown, Donald Brown, Lloyd Jackson, Richard Brown, Diane Brown, Tina Fry, Patty Brown, and Marla Brown; numerous step siblings; numerous nieces and nephews.
Freda was preceded in death by her parents and two step siblings, Kenneth Brown Jr., and Connie Claussen.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Jacksonville, Illinois.
