Eddie “Sheep” Carlos, 77, of Columbia, passed away on July 28, 2022.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel. Family will receive friends starting at 11:00 AM until time for the service. Family will continue celebrating the life of “Sheep” at their home starting at 6:00 PM that evening.
“Sheep” was born on January 22, 1945, in Columbia, to the late Trigger and Martha (Nichols) Carlos. On October17, 1975, he married Linda Nichols in Columbia. He was employed for over 40 years as a union brick layer. “Sheep” was a loving husband, father, grandfather, story teller, comedian, and friend to many.
“Sheep” is survived by his wife, Linda; his children, David Carlos (Teresa) of Rocheport, Cynthia Roth of Otterville, Christopher Carlos (Becky) of Columbia, Melissa Merritt (Rocky), Jennifer Creason (Rusty) of Columbia; honorary sons; Anthony Bell and Tony Seiling, both of Columbia; grandchildren, Justin Carlos, Jessica Aldridge, Ethan Williams, Emma Carlos, Emmitt Carlos, Corey Griggs, Steven Daugherty, Gravin Pettig, Garrett Pettig, Nick Meloy, Mason Meloy, Hunter Creason, and Fisher Creason; great grandchildren, Nolan Aldridge, Nathan Aldridge, Hartlee Aldridge, Maverick Aldridge, Everett and Malcom Griggs.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Donnie Nichols, John Carlos; sisters, Mary Murphy and Imogene Reed; daughter, Stephanie Ann Carlos; granddaughter, Kara Calvin and grandson, Kyle Wright.
