Anteneisha Wray Obituary

Anteneisha T. Wray, age 28, of Columbia passed away July 30, 2021, at Boone Hospital Center.

Anteneisha was born July 14, 1993, in Moberly, Missouri, the daughter of Natisha Wray and John Wright.

Anteneisha graduated from Rock Bridge High School; while attending school she accomplished taking CNA courses/classes to continue to pursue a career in the medical field. She was passionate about caring for others. That was the joy that led to her being honored in a decision to be a donor to save lives.

She was a devoted and loving mother of two; Ny'Mhir and Na'Ryah. Also Godparents of Malachi       Cobbins, Ki'Aire Madison and Kendall Madison. She loved the babies. She had a big heart. Her  strength and courage was displayed by being kind and caring for others and having a positive outlook.

Anteneisha was a beautiful mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend! Her hug meant the world. She departed her loving family too soon.

She loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, eating and helping others.

She leaves to mourn her mother, Natisha Wray & step father, Stephen Thrower and father, John Wright & wife, Dametria Wright all of Columbia MO; sister, Na’Tajha Wray of Columbia MO; brother, Joshua Wright of Macon MO; sister, Tia Dorsey of Kansas City MO; sister, Alexia Baker of Macon, MO; sister, Jazsmine Smith of Des Moines, IA; sister, Tyonna Lomelin of Moberly MO; brother, Jayston Wright of  Memphis, MO; sister, Yazsmine Wright of Des Moines, IA; sister, Chaya Brunston of Columbia MO; brother, Juston Sharp of Columbia MO; grandparents, Barbara Clark of Vandalia, MO and Kenneth Payne of Des Moines IA.

Anteneisha was preceded in death by grandparents, Joseph and Josephine Wright, Sr.; great grandparents, Edward and Stella Wray, Sr., Eula Mae Payne and Sirrellius Payne and aunt, Audrey Thomas.

A visitation will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel with a Service of Remembrance at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family requests those in attendance, please wear a mask.
