To the Family of George Lewis. My special Condolence to you all especially my friend and co-worker Linda Ismay (Dan). I am so sorry for your loss, but God knew what was best for George. I did not ever get to meet him, but the wonderful stories Linda told about her dad I am sure he is going to be greatly missed. Always remember the 23 Psalm. The Lord is my Shepherd. I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside still waters. He restorth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me, thy rod and thy staff the comfort me. Thou prepares a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of he lord. Forever. Amen. Love Connie and Andrew.

Sometimes heroes are not recognized. George was my hero. If there was ever an employee of the university that epitomized a "can do" attitude it was George. Being in the sales department we depended on the engineers to prepare our commercials for air play. When you asked George if he could help you out with a commercial he was always ready to help, that is, if he had not already taken care of it before I realized I needed to do something. Always a smile and a great attitude., that was George.
