Derek Lee Cook, 49, of Columbia, MO, passed away at home on Saturday, August 12, 2017.
Derek was born to Charles A. and Sherry Lee Williams Cook on May 14, 1968 in Columbia, MO.
The family will receive family and friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2017, at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Columbia Cemetery.
Derek is survived by his two children, Conner and Lauren Cook of Columbia; his mother, Sherry (Galen) Harper of Columbia; his twin sister, Ereka (Craig) Copeland of Columbia; a brother, Repps (Amanda) Goodson of Springfield, Missouri; his maternal grandmother, Faye Jeffries of Columbia and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
