I am so sorry we did not know of Pat's death, we would have certainly attended the visitation and funeral. Pat was such a warm, personable person, always enjoyed her easy laugh, sense of humor and positive spirit. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. My cousin and best friend, Patricia Smith Mott, passed away a day or two ago .. I'm going to miss her very much .. we were very close .. My mother and her father were brother and sister .. Aunt Vera was my after school sitter when I attended elementary school and prepared many meals for my mother and me .. I remember a Halloween party down the street from their home on Sexton Rd .. we were in the 6th grade .. and Trish dressed as a farmer/scarecrow; I had no idea who it was; she just sat there and you could see her laughter through the bib overalls .. so many, many memories .. Trish was my go to nurse when I had a health question .. and being married to Larry, there were a lot of health questions . she was always there for me. Looking forward to meeting her and the rest of our family in Heaven .. just one more hug.

Pat was a very special person, a wonderful nurse and a friend to all who knew her! Armstrong was lucky to have her and J.R. in our small community!
