Frank L. Boehm

   Frank L. Boehm, 88, of Columbia, MO passed away January 26, 2018.

   Frank was born January 31, 1929, in Karlsruhe, North Dakota to Frank and Eva Wald Boehm and they preceded him in death.  January 1968, he married Marion Harvey and she preceded him in death.  Frank served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.  He and Marion owned and operated the Ava Motel in Ava, Missouri. He spent his retirement living with his daughter and her family in Columbia and bowling five days a week.

   A Gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel to celebrate Frank’s life.  

   Frank is survived by his children, Eva (George E.) Akers of Columbia; Suzy Boehm (Jim) Armenta and Edward Boehm both of the state of California; two sisters, Monica Kresbach of the state of California and Claire Boechler of the state of North Dakota and two grandchildren, George L. Akers and Jessica Groom.
